Following a professional baseball career with the Detroit Tigers and graduation from the Max Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University, Bob began his career in the financial services industry in 1971 in Columbus, Ohio. A desire to escape to warm weather precipitated a move to Florida in 1983 where he resides with wife Karen.

He has attained the CLU, ChFC and CWPP professional designations and has completed courses toward earning the Certified Pension Consultant designation from the American Society of Actuaries and the Master of Financial Services degree from the American College. He has served on the boards of the Tampa Bay and Space Coast Estate Planning Council and the Tampa Chapter of CLU. Bob has earned many industry awards and three times has led major national financial services companies in production.

Since 1991, Bob has been the Chief Executive Officer of Asset Strategies, LLC, a firm that assists in the development and marketing of innovative products designed for use by business owners, professionals and highly compensated executives in their tax management and asset protection planning. Asset Strategies, LLC has offices in Orlando, Florida and operates nationally through a network of major law firms, accounting firms and affiliated financial advisors.

Bob was a charter member of the Wealth Protection Alliance (WPA), a national network of elite financial planning firms and is a member of the Wealth Protection Institute and Asset Protection Society.

Karen and Bob have five children, a number of grandchildren and are active golfers and travelers and stay in good physical condition with regular outdoor activities. Church and charitable activities are important elements of the Baker family lifestyle.

Zach is a Wealth Protection Consultant who works with Entrepreneurs and Professionals alike who are seeking guidance on how to grow and protect their emerging wealth. The specialized, and often proprietary, solutions that he and Asset Strategies, LLC utilize directly confront (and overcome) the 3 greatest barriers to growing and protecting wealth: Taxes, Market Risk and Litigation.

Zach has been married to his wife Sarah since 2004 and they recently welcomed their first child in July of 2008. He and his family are actively involved at CityChurch Orlando, a new church plant in downtown Orlando. He also helps coach the Boys Varsity Soccer team at Orangewood Christian School in Maitland, a perennial power in the Florida high school soccer scene. Zach graduated from Trinity International University (Deerfield, Illinois) in 2002 where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
